The UK’s last secret ufology files are being released by the British government.
Since 2013, most of the United Kingdom’s ufology files have been released and become available on the internet, but 18 documents remained classified and were withheld for further evaluation by the government, which did not want to release everything to the public before a final check.
Now, 15 of these 18 that remained can be accessed by society, but there is an obstacle: the documents are only available in physical copies at the National Archives, located in Kew, a district of London.
This fact has increased suspicions that the Ministry of Defense (MoD) is hiding something.
However, the Ministry’s office said in a statement that there is no evidence to suggest threats from extraterrestrial life to the British army.
“We believe it is fair to say that the investigation program has been successful for the MoD. It has achieved a good deal of national and international publicity, most of it positive or, at worst, neutral. There is no longer any benefit to recording, collating, analyze and investigate UFOs,” said Carl Mantell of British Air Force command.
The most interesting files show a large number of communications made to the government about the appearance of possible spacecraft between the years 2008 and 2009.
During this period, there were 851 notifications that, on several occasions, were proven to be things other than UFOs.
