Cristiano Reis is a systems analyst and was abducted several times in the period of a month. Below is his testimony about the events that occurred:
“In the middle of 2016, I woke up dizzy, with my head throbbing, and realized that my body was sore. It felt like a hangover, but I hadn’t been drinking or exerting myself in the previous days. I thought it was strange. In the following days, the sensations were repeated and I began to notice that, in addition to the pain, my body also exhibited purple spots, especially on the wrists and ankles. The bruises felt like the result of an immobilization, as if I had been tied up and squeezed in these spots.
I found it all very unusual and started to ask myself: how did these purples appear on me? I live and sleep alone, there was no way anyone could have hurt me at night, whether on purpose or unintentionally. My routine was basic, I just went from home to work and back home. No part of the route presented any physical risk and I was always alert. Then, the week after the bruises, came the dreams – or what seemed to be dreams.
In them, I saw myself lying on a stretcher inside a hospital or laboratory. Around the stretcher, silhouettes I couldn’t recognize watched me. They seemed to examine me. My arms and legs were tied with ropes – and they squeezed precisely the points where I had bruises. The dream portrayed me with drowsiness, I saw the scenes in flashes, as if I fainted and woke up all the time.
In addition to making me groggy, the place had very strong white lights that allowed me to see almost nothing. I began to suspect that maybe they weren’t dreams, and in those days, I started to write down everything I remembered the minute I woke up. I wanted to understand what was happening. I accumulated a large amount of notes and started an online search. I also talked to other people who had similar experiences.
What I found in the readings and conversations led me to be sure that, for four weeks in a row, I was visited and studied by extraterrestrial beings. The bruises, the lights, the pains and the dreams, all this usually appears in those who go through situations of alien contact. A few more days passed and, suddenly, I stopped dreaming about the laboratory environment. My skin became less marked and the purples began to disappear. I felt like I went through a totally crazy experience.”
