The weeds on the grounds of a residence on Rua Dezenove, located in Balneário São João Batista 3, city of Peruíbe, coast of São Paulo, were crumpled in a triangular shape the morning after the sighting of mysterious lights by residents.
According to ufologist Saga Susseliton Souza, who is part of a study group with the support of the city of Peruíbe, analyzes carried out by biologist Paulo Aníbal pointed out that the Cattail (name of the plant of the land) was burned.
Engineer Paulo Eduardo Pilon and ufologists Marco Leal and Sandra Casagrande also supported the work.
“We collected the material, the leaves and the flowers, and took them to São Paulo, where Paulo’s analysis found heat burns on the tips, flowers and the fruit of the Cattail as well. It burned, but it didn’t melt. The ends turned black. If you burn it with fire, it turns into soot. It may have reached up to 100 degrees,” Saga said.
The ufologist did not rule out that a UFO had landed at the site.
“Our conclusion is that the phenomenon that occurred here is possible from a UFO landing. Landing or a ‘hovering’, because it is not necessarily known what technology they have, which is superior that does not leave marks on the ground”, explained the ufologist.
The city of Peruíbe did not reveal what happened publicly so that the researchers had time to carry out the study without crowds.
Blackout on the night of landing
According to the ufologist’s report, residents revealed that there was a power outage during the night. A family from a residence next door spotted lights in the place.
“A neighbor who lives opposite, a Japanese, saw through the cracks in the window. A light entered the house, illuminated a part. He passed through the house, one part dark and the other light. When he left, his wife ran to the window, she saw a bluish-green light on the street, hitting the ground,” said Saga.
“Witnesses of a gentleman who lives five streets down, he saw the object a few days before and also saw it on the day of landing. He indicated that the light was large, went down and flashed until it disappeared at once,” added the researcher.
Drone out of control
The researchers used a drone to take aerial images of the terrain.
However, Saga reported a surprising difficulty in handling the device when approaching the landing site.
The reason would be a strong magnetic field.
“We took images with a drone, which showed a magnetic anomaly. When it reached two and a half meters from the ground, it lost control, emitted the red warning light, lost its balance, showing that there was a change in the magnetic field,” he explained.
It is not the first time that Peruíbe has been highlighted in the Brazilian scene because of UFOs.
In 2008, an identical fact that occurred in the neighborhood of São José won the media. At the time, on August 18, an alien spacecraft would have landed in a bush region and left the vegetation crumpled in the same way as recorded now.
“It is identical to what happened in 2008. The format only changes a little due to the size of the land. The burning characteristics are the same. The difference is that the place now had more than 1,5 meters (5 ft.) of water about three days before the event. A week after the possible landing, there was less than 30 centimeters (1 ft.) of water,” says Saga.
